With split delivery, you pay the margin of each link in the chain, coordination between companies and downtime at the work interface. We have all four professions under one roof.
Project and permit
We prepare the design documents and manage the approval process through to the building permit. We take care of the part that usually takes investors the most time.
Own production
We weld the structure in our own hall in Uherčice — without a subcontractor's surcharge and without waiting on his waiting list. We keep the date ourselves.
Construction Division
Earthworks, foundations and floors. You don't have to find a construction company or deal with who is to blame if the footings don't fit on the structure of the hall.
Installation and cladding
Own assembly crews, cranes and earthmoving equipment. We always sheathe the hall — we never hand over the sheathing to another company.

Basics and production
While concrete is being poured on the construction site, the structure is already being welded in Uherčice.
Installation and cladding

Delivery and warranty
Flooring, finishing, approval. 60 months warranty on the work.

We built our own premises ourselves — and it is also a showroom for everything we offer. Not a sample room with bits of panel on the wall, but a real hall in day-to-day operation that you can see from the foundations to the sheet metal work.
The tour is free and does not obligate you to anything. Upon agreement, we will also take you to the finished construction of one of our customers.

Ocelové konstrukce nemusí být jen průmyslové haly! 🏡
V Nikolčicích jsme realizovali netradiční projekt – montovanou ocelovou stavbu o zastavěné ploše 51 m².
Základem je ocelová konstrukce a sendvičové PIR panely tloušťky 160 mm, tedy technologie, kterou běžně využíváme při výstavbě průmyslových hal. Díky kombinaci dřeva a moderní fasády ale stavba získala úplně jiný vzhled.

🏗️ Skladová hala Štěpánov — stavíme do výšky, ne do šířky!
📐 30 × 12 m | 360 m²
Pro Železárny Štěpánov jsme postavili halu, která má při šířce 12 m celých 8,5 m v okapu 📏 Sklad tak využívá výšku místo dalšího pozemku a vzniká prostor pro víceúrovňové skladování na stejném půdorysu 💪

Před časem jsme pro Autoservis Kužel ve Vranovicích postavili moderní autoservis. A jak to tak bývá, po čase začaly být jeho prostory malé. Zákazník se proto obrátil znovu na nás – tentokrát s přáním rozšířit jej o přístavbu.
Nejdřív jsme společně probrali jeho představu. Tu jsme následně převedli do 3D modelu, aby si mohl budoucí podobu prohlédnout ještě před zahájením stavby. A pak už jsme se pustili do realizace. 🏗️

How much does the prefabricated hall cost?
Price is based on span, height, cladding and equipment. On the price page, we show a breakdown by item so you can see what's missing from the compared offer.
How long does it take to build a hall?
Installation itself from thirty days. The whole process from the request to approval is another matter — the longest part is the permit procedure, which we conduct for you.
Do you handle design and the building permit?
Yes. We prepare the design and structural calculations, and manage the process through to the building permit. You sign the documents; we deal with the authorities.
Can you build the foundations and floors as well?
Yes, we have our own construction division as well as technology — earthworks, footings, concrete floors, connections. You don't have to look for another company and figure out who is responsible for what.
Do you also build in Slovakia?
Yes. We have completed projects throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia, including an indoor riding arena in Ivanka pri Dunaji. We arrange transport and the installation team.
