Turnkey concrete halls
We build prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete halls, including pile foundations. As a general contractor, we provide the entire construction — from the project and foundations to handing over the finished building.
When to choose a concrete hall instead of a steel one
We are not a company that pushes one solution at any cost. We build both, so we will advise you according to your specification, not according to what we can do.

Advantages of a concrete hall
High fire resistance
Reinforced concrete has it on its own, without spraying or cladding.
Large and multi-storey buildings
For large buildings, concrete is cheaper and more practical.
Pilot installation in the delivery
You don't have to look for another company.
Durability in service
High resistance to mechanical damage.
Long service life
With minimal maintenance.
Good acoustics
Concrete dampens noise better than steel.
Where concrete halls are used
Logistics centers and warehouse complexes
Business and shopping centers
Supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Sports halls and fitness centers
Multi-storey production and administrative buildings
Operations with high fire safety requirements
Construction progress of the concrete hall
Focus and project
Static calculation, production documentation, discussion with the authorities.
Earthworks and pile foundations
Own construction division.
Prefabricated production
Columns, beams, trusses, wall panels.
Assembly of the skeleton
Installation of prefabs by crane.
Cladding and roof
PUR/PIR sandwich panels, translucent strips.
Finishing work and handover
The roof and cladding of the concrete hall
Sandwich panels with a PUR or PIR foam core and steel sheets — with a profiled, smooth or corrugated surface, with visible or hidden fastenings are mainly used to cover concrete halls. The PUR/PIR insulating core meets the highest thermal insulation standards.
We design roofs and walls individually according to the type of operation, regional weather conditions, required fire resistance, noise reduction and architectural solution.
Crane track in a concrete hall
The concrete frame can support the crane runway without additional reinforcement, which is usually needed for steel structures. We supply single-girder, double-girder and cantilever bridge cranes.

Let’s discuss your project
All you need is a plot of land and an idea of what you will do in the hall. We'll solve the rest together — we'll get back to you within 24 hours. And if you want to see it live first, come and see us in Uherčice.
