New area without new building. We will build a floor, offices or warehouse into the hall you already have — with our own production of the structure and assembly, usually during operation.
What is most often installed in the hall
Mezzanine above the warehouse
The cheapest square meter you can buy: the area is created on top of what is already standing and does not affect either the built-up area or the land.
Offices and facilities
Office, meeting room, changing rooms and sanitary facilities inside the hall. Insulated and soundproofed against traffic behind the wall.
Spare parts warehouse
A rack floor with a staircase or elevator where people don't walk every day and where the hall would otherwise just be a hot mess.
Technological platforms
Service gangways, platforms for machines and frames for technology — with a load capacity according to what is standing on them.
Expansion of a foreign hall
To the hall that we didn't build, too. We first verify the statics of the columns and foundations, only then do we design.
Store or showroom
A representative part inside the operating hall, with its own entrance and glazing.
What is entered for the installation
Load capacity is the main price-setting parameter: offices are sufficient with 250 kg/m², pallet warehouses require 500 or more. Technology must pass under the floor, usable height must remain above the floor — in total, this means a hall of approximately six meters.
Three things that make the installation more expensive
Fire solution
The floor changes the calculation of fire sections and escape routes. It is solved in the project — additionally it means a new opinion and sometimes sprinklers.
Statics of the existing hall
It is not possible to charge a foreign hall without verification. When the columns or foundations are not enough, the building stands on its own feet and that is another price.
Notification or permission
Building in is a building modification. In the case of a change of use or an intervention in fire safety, you cannot avoid the office — we will provide the documentation.
During traffic, not in place of it
We manufacture the building in our own hall in Uherčice and transport the finished parts to the site. The installation is therefore a matter of days, not weeks, and is carried out in parts so that the hall does not have to be closed in its entirety.
We deliver the structure hot-dip galvanized or blasted to Sa 2½ and painted according to the environment. Both are part of the delivery, not an extraneous item at the end of the budget.

Usually not. We manufacture the parts in advance and assemble them in parts, so that only a part of the hall is always closed. Where this is not possible, we assemble at the weekend or during the whole race holiday.
Yes, and it is more often the case. We begin with an inspection and verification of the statics of columns, stiffeners and foundations. When the existing structure cannot bear the load, we build the building on its own feet — then the hall does not carry anything extra.
According to the scope. A simple handling platform usually does not; a floor that changes the use of part of the hall or a fire solution, yes. We will assess it at the outset and provide documentation.
We suggest from 250 kg/m² for offices and facilities and 500 kg/m² for pallet storage. Higher load capacities are possible, they will only be reflected in the cross-sections and thus in the price.
Yes, the structure is screwed. But take this into account already during the design — we will leave the preparation for the future field so that it does not have to interfere with the finished one.
From design to handover usually six to ten weeks, of which on-site assembly takes a few days. The longest item is fabrication and finishing, not construction.
