What must be solved in the project, not after the fact
Ground clearance according to the type of jack, reinforcement of the floor under the feet, exhaust gas extraction, compressed air, waste with oil separator.
All this is solved during the design. Additional cutting into the finished structure is always more expensive and worse.
What are we dealing with in the car service project?
Ground clearance and jacks
A two-post jack needs a different height than a scissor jack. We suggest the height according to the specific type you plan to purchase.
The floor
Point loads from jacks, oil substances, constant operation. We suggest reinforcements under the heels and an oil-resistant surface.
Gate and entrance
Sectional doors with sufficient clearance height.
Heating
Floor heating is suitable for a service with frequent door opening — the heat remains below for the workers.
Divorces and technology
Compressed air, exhaust gas extraction, electrical for diagnostics and charging of electric cars.
Waste management
Separator of oil substances, catch basins, parts washing. Without it, they will not approve your establishment.
Background and waiting room
Office, waiting room for customers, changing rooms and social facilities as part of the hall.

4 200 000 – 6 300 000CZK service hall 300 m² with insulation and built-in facilitiesThe price is greatly influenced by the equipment and condition of the land. The range is therefore wide.
What service operators ask
For passenger cars with a two-post lift, usually 4.5-5 m, for vans and trucks 6 m and more. We will design the exact height according to the specific jack.
Yes, as a general contractor we deal with project documentation and engineering work.
For steel construction, yes. We built extensions in Uherčice and Velké Pavlovice, for example.
From contract signing to handover usually 4-8 months. The installation of the structure itself takes 2-4 weeks.
Yes. We have car washes in Popůvky near Brno and Nové Šaldorf. STK deals with the specifics of measuring lines.
