We are happy to announce that our company has just completed the construction of a modern prefabricated steel hall in Velké Němčice. This new hall will serve as storage and production space for agricultural purposes, and part of the hall will also be used for administrative purposes.
Construction details
The hall consists of two main parts. The first one is an administrative building that has two floors and its dimensions are 18 meters in length and 11 meters in width. The second part of the hall, intended for storage and packaging, has dimensions of 81 meters in length and 37 meters in width. The total area of the entire hall is an impressive 3400 m².
Materials and Construction
Our company acted as the general contractor on the construction site and oversaw every detail of this project. High-quality mineral panels with a thickness of 160 mm in the colors RAL 6021 and 6013 were used to cover the hall, which ensure not only an aesthetic appearance, but also excellent insulating properties. On the roof, we used a folded roof covering, which contributes to the long-term durability of the entire structure.
Functional Elements of the Hall
The hall also includes two loading docks, which facilitate material handling and streamline logistics. Our delivery also included all landscaping and service roads, which ensured the complete readiness of the area for its future operation.

Our Role and Conclusion
As the general contractor, we were responsible for the entire construction process from the foundations to the final touches. We are proud that we could contribute to the development of the company AGRO MARYŠA SE and we look forward to other projects that await us.
