What exactly did we build?
About the project
New roof, extension and shed in one order. The area of Farmy Samek has a floor plan of 48 × 12 m and a module of transverse ties of 6 m.
- Construction and finish: The steel structure weighs 9,090 kg, it is made of S235 in EXC2. Sa 2½ blasting precedes polyurethane coating 120 μm in RAL 9002.
- Roof panels: PIR 100 mm with classification REI 30 DP3 and Broof T3 have U = 0.22 W/m²K and cover both the original hall and the extension.
- Walls and shelter: Vertical PIR panels 100 mm with a recognized joint have EI 30 DP3. The shelter covers the trapezoid TR 39/333 in an area of 270 m².
- Colors for the landscape: The roof and canopy are moss green RAL 6005, the walls are light gray RAL 7035 and the interior is RAL 9010.
- Division of work: Dismantling of the original shell and sheet metal flashings is provided by the investor.
Cladding the existing operation requires coordinating the dismantling and the new roof so that the open building is not compromised by the weather.
