What exactly did we build?
About the project
Space for paint care from all sides. The 20 x 18 m auto detailing shop offers 360 m²; the workshop has a height of 4 m and the administration 3 m.
- Disposition around the vehicle: The nearly square footprint leaves room for getting around cars, hoses, cables and mobile lighting.
- Light, cleanliness and temperature: A lower workshop makes it easier to illuminate the surface and limits the heated volume. PIR panels 100 mm on the walls and 120 mm on the roof help to stabilize the conditions for the application and curing of the protective layers.
- Entrances suitable for passenger cars: Two 3.5 x 3 m sectional doors limit the size of the opening through which heat escapes and dust enters.
- Complete ground floor facilities: The reception of customers, the office, the warehouse and the sanitary facilities follow the workshop. The cladding, doors, windows and sheet metal flashings are unified by RAL 9006.
Smooth, washable surfaces and a stable environment help to maintain just the cleanliness that work with paint requires.
