What exactly did we build?
About the project
From selling to storing wine — each part has its own conditions. The Vinařství Buchtovi hall measures 54 x 20 m, is 4.5 m high and offers 1,080 m².
- Separate operations: Sales facilities, bottle storage and air-conditioned wine storage have different temperature requirements. The cooling technology was supplied by another supplier; we prepared the construction and separation of individual spaces.
- 20,000 liter tanks: A full tank weighs over 20 t in a small area. Variable loads during filling and emptying must be taken into account when designing the substructure.
- Six separate approaches: Sectional doors 3 x 3 m have glazed aluminum sections and integrated doors. The passage of people does not require opening the entire air-conditioned operation.
- Manipulation during vintage: A 54m long counter shed with a 4m overhang provides an additional 216m² under roof.
- Mantle and colors: PIR panels RAL 9006: walls 100 mm, roof 120 mm. Doors, windows and sheet metal flashings are RAL 7016.
We have prepared the air-conditioned warehouse so that it is thermally separated from the neighboring sales and bottle warehouse.
