About the project

About the project

Washing line with construction protected for wet operation. The 7.5 x 12 m building has an area of 90 m², a mono-pitch roof and a eaves height of 4.415 m.

  • Hot-dip galvanized steel: Protection reacts to permanent moisture, washing chemicals and salt brought on vehicles; works even with minor surface damage.
  • Distinctive color: PIR panels combine a gray RAL 7040 facade with a red RAL 3000 roof. sheet metal flashings follow the color of the facade.
  • Accurately distributed deliveries: We supplied the steel structure and cladding. The holes were filled by ATLANTA a.s. as a general contractor; dimensions and facings were coordinated before production.

We used the experience of two JAPO Transport dishwashers here as well — especially when dealing with plinths, penetrations and drainage of water and steam.

We built our own premises ourselves — and it is also a showroom for everything we offer. Not a sample room with bits of panel on the wall, but a real hall in day-to-day operation that you can see from the foundations to the sheet metal work.
