In cooperation with the company Metrostav, we are in 2022 for the company JAPO Transport s.r.o. built a pre-assembled washing station for passenger cars with dimensions of 11 × 7.5 × 4.2 m.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
A small object for permanently wet operation. The car wash station is 11 x 7.5 m, 4.2 m high and has a steel frame weighing 3.2 t.
- Galvanized construction: Zinc protects the steel against moisture, washing chemicals and salts from vehicles. The protection works electrochemically even with minor surface damage.
- Stainless steel in the washing box: The 100 mm PIR panel has a stainless steel sheet painted in RAL 9010. The substrate resists wetness and washing chemicals even where the paint is damaged over time.
- Composition according to stress: The outer walls consist of PIR panels 50 mm, the roof 120 mm, all in RAL 9010. sheet metal flashings are RAL 9002.
- Cooperation with Metrostav: The object was created as a subcontract. The lightweight assembled frame reduces the demands on foundations, transport and assembly technology.
In the most stressed washing box, the walls are protected by stainless steel, not just surface varnish.
