About the project

Electrical appliance warehouse with offices above the operation. The Bibetus hall is 20 x 42 m and has a built-up area of ​​840 m².

  • Floor plan: The 12 x 15 m floor plan provides 180 m² per floor for offices and facilities. It includes a steel staircase and a trapezoidal T 55 ceiling with a thickness of 0.8 mm with a concrete slab.
  • Light above the shelves: Skylights 4 x 6 m and 4 x 12 m bring daylight into the center of the warehouse, where the side glazing is shaded by shelves.
  • Editing during preparation: The number of facade windows was reduced from ten to five; overhead lighting took on a greater role.
  • Casing and steel: PIR panels 120 mm in RAL 9002 are complemented by a vapor barrier foil. S235 and S355 steel construction is in EXC2, with polyurethane coating.

The two skylights have a total of 72 m² and illuminate the warehouse directly from above.
