In Dubňany in 2025, we built a production hall measuring 36 x 18 m for a private investor, intended for the processing of stainless steel.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Production hall with an emphasis on insulation and vapor protection. The 36 x 18 m building has 648 m², a height of 5 m in the eaves, a module of 6 m and a roof pitch of approximately 10°.
- Support system: The frame structure of S235 and S355 steel is made in EXC2 class with polyurethane coating.
- Stronger Shell: PIR panels RAL 9002 have 120 mm on the walls and 160 mm on the roof. They limit winter losses and summer overheating of the space with welding technology.
- Vapor barrier layer: The PE film in the walls and roof limits the penetration of water vapor from operation into the shell structure.
- Preparation for further deliveries: We provided construction, cladding and openings; the gate and door were procured by the investor. Lining dimensions were coordinated before production.
- Substrate of the concrete ceiling: A trapezoidal sheet was also part of the delivery as the lost formwork, which remains in the structure.
Insulation and vapor barrier layers protect the jacket from both sides: from weather and moisture from indoor operation.
