During the construction of the Emerson II production hall in Mikulov in 2024, we acted as a subcontractor for all steel structures for the general contractor PSG Construction.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Steel structures for a hall with an area of 10,800 m². Emerson II in Mikulov measures 180 × 60 m and has a precast reinforced-concrete frame. Our scope included 305 tonnes of steel structures.
- Complete steel delivery: As a subcontractor for the general contractor PSG Construction, we provided northlight roof structures in three rows, an energy bridge, footbridges, railings, stairs and exchanges.
- Daylight into the wide hall: Single-sided glazed northlight roof structures also illuminate the center 30 m away from the walls and limit glare and sharp shadows.
- Windows produced simultaneously: The fillings were created according to the drawings even before the installation of the steel. Precise frame alignment, geometry checking and supplier coordination ensured they fit when fitted.
- Two subsequent stages: In the next stage, a two-story building of 60 × 7.5 m with production facilities and a component warehouse and a 152 m long service gangway were added.
Steel, concrete frame and windows from different suppliers had to form one precisely connected unit.
