In 2021, we built a garage building with dimensions of 8 x 30 m, divided by partitions into four separate parking spaces, for a private investor.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Four separate garages in one building. The 8 x 30 m building combines a common structure, foundations and roof with separate use of individual stalls.
- Own space and entrance: Internal partitions divide the building into four lockable garages. Each has a 3 x 3 m sectional door.
- Sandwich shell: The walls and roof are made of PIR panels with a thickness of 40 mm in the shade RAL 9002. They reduce temperature fluctuations, limit condensation and create a finished interior surface.
- Economical construction solution: The shared supporting structure limits the scope of work and material compared to four separate objects.
One building unit, four independent garages — each user has his own gate and privacy.
