What exactly did we build?
About the project
New production in a narrow strip along the existing building. The extension of Klempířství Kohút is 30 x 9 m, 5 m high and 270 m² in area.
- Contiguous space: The span of 9 m is without internal supports, so the entire length remains a free production area.
- Barrier-free connection: The floors connect without a threshold or a step. The detail of the connection is also solved by tightness and independent settlement of both structures.
- Material according to requirements: On the walls there is a mineral panel of 80 mm for a fire solution, on the roof a PIR panel of 60 mm for thermal insulation.
- Two entrances: Sectional doors 4 × 4 m, cladding and sheet metal flashings are unified by RAL 9002.
The extension took advantage of the available width of the plot while maintaining a smooth flow between the two operations.
