For Elis Textil Servis, s.r.o. in 2024, we implemented a prefabricated steel extension in Velké Pavlovice, which expanded the space for receiving laundry.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
The laundry reception has expanded with uninterrupted operation. The 6.095 x 36.280 m extension provides 221 m²; the height is 4.850 m in the gutter and 5.125 m in the crest.
- General Delivery: Earthworks, foundations, communication, steel structure, cladding and final floor were carried out under one management.
- Schedule by laundry: Access routes, technology and noisy and dusty work have adapted to the daily intake of laundry.
- Shell and roof: A 100 mm mineral panel in RAL 9010 complements the pitched roof with a 5% pitch and waterproofing foil of the same color.
- Fillings and surfaces: The three doors visually follow the original hall; the entrance door is plastic. sheet metal flashings and gutters are RAL 9002. Epoxy screed RAL 6021 creates a continuous, washable floor without joints.
From the excavation to the finished floor in four months — while maintaining the operation of the laundry.
