What exactly did we build?
About the project
The new space was created inside a working concrete hall. The building and service gangway expanded the facilities for the production of Emerson air conditioning units.
- Two floors of the building: The floor plan of 60 x 7.5 m provides 450 m² per floor, a total of 900 m². Below is the production background, above is the component warehouse.
- Corridor above production: A service gangway 152 m long and 2 m wide allows workers to move above traffic. For such a length, rigidity and limitation of swaying while walking are essential.
- Installation in an existing building: The pieces went through the existing holes. Anchoring into the original concrete required prior orientation and assessment of its actual condition.
- The second stage of the project: We continued with our own supply of skylights, energy bridge, railings, stairs and exchanges. Knowledge of the original constructions facilitated the coordination of sequels.
The two floors added 900 m² of usable space without new land and without interfering with the hall's outer shell.

The best reference is one you can walk through.
We built our own premises ourselves — and it is also a showroom for everything we offer. Not a sample room with bits of panel on the wall, but a real hall in day-to-day operation that you can see from the foundations to the sheet metal work.
The tour is free and does not obligate you to anything. Upon agreement, we will also take you to the finished construction of one of our customers.

Let’s discuss your project
