In 2022, we built a prefabricated steel hall with a floor plan of 10.50 × 22.00 m for the company Kovovýroba Jedlička in Měnín.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
A small production hall with complete facilities. The 10.50 x 22 m building offers 231 m², a gable roof with a pitch of 6° and a ridge height of 5.770 m.
- Regular construction: Five frames create four fields at an axial distance of 5.40 m. Repetitive parts simplify production, assembly and distribution of operations.
- Two floors of facilities: The building contains an office, warehouse and sanitary facilities and saves floor space for production.
- Separate first stage: The hall was completed and functional from the start. A subsequent brick building could have been created later, without the dependence of the first stage on its construction.
- Shell and fillings: PIR panels RAL 9007: walls 100 mm, roof 120 mm. Sectional doors 3,500 × 3,500 mm, windows, doors, sheet metal flashings and gutters are black RAL 9005.
The low slope of 6° required careful panel overlaps, gaskets and sheet metal flashings.
