What exactly did we build?
About the project
Forklift servicing also needs space above the machine. The 24 × 30 m main hall has 5 m in the eaves and 8 m in the ridge, with a warehouse of 12.5 × 10.5 m; a total of 860 m².
- Height for lift test: The higher center of the hall allows the trolley mast to be extended. At the walls, there is a lower space for passage and parking.
- Two grand entrances: Sectional doors 4.5 x 4.5 m have glazed aluminum sections in RAL 7016.
- Brick building: Customer reception, offices, warehouse, sanitary facilities and changing rooms have their own facilities. The masonry solution facilitates installation and dampens workshop noise.
- Off-site spare parts: The follow-on warehouse is close at hand, but does not occupy the space between the machines being repaired.
- Uniform Cloak: The 100 mm PIR panels on the walls and roof are RAL 9006, as are the sheet metal flashings.
The difference between the height of 5 and 8 m creates a working space for extending the mast — a basic condition of this service.
