What exactly did we build?
About the project
Production and warehouse with two administrative buildings. The ŠUBA hall is 20 x 54 m, has an area of 1,080 m² and a height of 6.56 m in the gutter. The gable roof has a slope of 6°, the frame module is approximately 6 m.
- Complete steel background: We supplied the supporting structure, skeletons of both buildings, stairs, railings and replacement of penetrations. In one building, a trapezoidal sheet serves as a base for a concrete ceiling.
- Light and entrances: Two skylights, fourteen windows and two showcases illuminate the traffic and offices. Two 4200 x 4200 mm sectional doors have glazing and integrated doors; the object also has an entrance door.
- Insulated Jacket: PIR panels RAL 9002: walls 100 mm, roof 120 mm.
- Surface preparation: Steel S235 and S355 in grade EXC2 were blasted to Sa 2.5 before polyurethane coating.
The reserve for photovoltaics is on both sides of the gable roof, so that future use is not limited by the original design.
