Motorhome service Měnín
In 2023, we built a prefabricated steel hall in Měnín for the company Campi Servis Ulmanovi combining three operations: a vehicle service, a shop, and warehouse and administrative facilities.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Service, sales and administration according to the needs of each operation. The 32.6 m long building uses two different heights and offers 460 m² including the first floor.
- Service part: Span 9.6 m, length 9.5 m; eaves at heights of 4.4 and 4.8 m, ridge 5.63 m. Along the lower side runs a shelter with a 1.2 m projection.
- Floor part: Dimensions 22.72 × 8.1 m, eaves height 6.02 m and the floor of the floor at +3.280 m. The shop, warehouse and administration use two floors without additional land occupation.
- Documented design: Steel S235 and S450GD in class EXC2 according to ČSN EN 1090-2 determines the requirements for production, assembly, inspection of welds and documentation.
- Entry and isolation: Sectional doors 3.7 x 2.5 m are RAL 7016. PIR panels 120 mm on the walls and roof in RAL 9006 create a background for people to stay all day.
On approximately 275 m² of built-up area, 460 m² of space was created thanks to the floor — about 185 m² more.
