We are building in Nikolčice for the company KovoKosina s.r.o. as general contractor, a new hall measuring 24 x 36 m with complete operational and administrative facilities.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Each step of metalworking has its own space. The KovoKosina hall combines production with a two-story wing of the back office.
- Net product at the end of the route: Sandblasting, grinding, welding and inspection are separate from the clean storage of final products. Thus, dust, abrasives and spatter do not travel to the finished parts.
- Ground floor facilities: The production rooms are complemented by a warehouse, kitchen and sanitary facilities.
- Floor with an area of 279 m²: Three offices, a dining room and a day room, separate men's and women's changing rooms with their own hygiene and WC. Headroom is 3 m, ceramic floors and plasterboard ceilings.
- Separate batteries: The battery room has forced ventilation due to the hydrogen released during charging.
- Durable space division: Horizontal wall PIR panels 120 mm are silver. YTONG partitions have 200 mm between steel columns, 150 mm in built-ins.
Disposition follows the production process: after the polluting operations comes the inspection and only then the clean warehouse.
