On the premises of JAPO Transport s.r.o. in 2023, we built an automatic car wash for trucks with dimensions of 25 × 4.5 m and a height of 5.5 m.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
The truck goes through the car wash without reversing. The JAPO Transport facility is 25 x 4.5 m and 5.5 m high, with space for the entire set and the movement of the washing technology.
- Traffic layout: At both ends are 4.5 x 4.5 m sectional doors with glazed aluminum sections in RAL 9002.
- Accurate internal profile: In a narrow space, feet, reinforcements or other elements must not protrude into the path of the vehicle or technology.
- Protection against wetness: The steel frame is galvanized due to permanent moisture, washing chemicals and salt from vehicles.
- System cladding: Walls: Kingspan KS1000 AWP, PIR 120 mm, RAL 9006. Roof: KS1000 TopDeck, PIR 100 mm, RAL 9002; the sheet metal flashings have the same color.
- Ready for technology: We supplied construction and construction preparation, the washing equipment was provided by a specialized subcontractor.
The 2022 car wash was followed by a second order from the same customer in 2023 — this time for trucks.
