Production and storage hall Pohořelice
In 2018, we built a prefabricated steel hall with an area of 580 m² for Hartman ANTICO, which manufactures equipment for winegrowers and fruit processors.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
The hall in the shape of a hockey stick uses an irregular plot of land. Production and a warehouse with an area of 580 m² are connected to the brick-and-mortar administration.
- Twisted layout: The arms measure 31 and 17.8 m, the width is 11.5 m and the height is 4 m. The construction follows the boundary of the plot and limits unused areas.
- Daylight even with the door closed: Two 4 x 3 m sectional doors have a glazed aluminum section. The doors and plastic windows are in red RAL 3000.
- Company colors: PIR panels: walls 100 mm, roof 120 mm, shade RAL 7035. sheet metal flashings combine RAL 3000 and RAL 9006.
- Sensitive detail of the roof: In the inner corner, water from both arms converges and snow accumulates. Drainage, casing connections and the geometry of the frames therefore required special attention.
The shape of the hall was determined by the land — including the difficult connection of the roof at the point of the break.
