About the project

About the project

Exhaust systems are created in separate production zones. The Dvr Exhaust hall is 12 x 42.5 m, an area of ​​510 m² and a gable roof with a 9° slope; the height in the gutter is 4 m.

  • Welding, warehouse and assembly: Partitions separate smoke, spatter and sanding dust from finished visible parts. The warehouse does not block the workplace and extraction can be solved directly during welding.
  • Background and production flow: The administration is in the front part. The long low layout corresponds to the gradual processing and limits the unnecessarily heated volume.
  • Delivery from the ground up: We ensured the foundation, steel structure and cladding. The structure has a polyurethane coating RAL 7035.
  • Motocross Colors: PIR casing combines RAL 9006 and red RAL 3000. Plastic windows and doors are RAL 7039, doors RAL 9007, sheet metal flashings RAL 9006 and RAL 9007.

The separation of the welding shop from the assembly protects the surface of the finished products from particles from previous production steps.
