What exactly did we build?
About the project
Free area for parking and light manufacturing. The hall in Holíč is 12 × 47.5 m and 570 m². The mono-pitch roof with a slope of 6° reaches 4.95 m in the eaves.
- Twelve meters without a pole: Full-wall frames in the 6 m module leave standing and handling routes free. The trusses consist of METSEC galvanized Z-profiles.
- Surface protection: The coating of the structure has a thickness of 100 μm and a shade of RAL 9002.
- Roof and walls: Kingspan KS1000 RW 120mm has U = 0.172 W/m²K. The 120 and 100 mm PIR wall panels have U = 0.19 and 0.23 W/m²K, depending on the needs of the individual parts.
- Sheath above the floor: Horizontally laid panels start 0.3 m above the floor, outside the most stressed belt from wheels, water and freezing.
The entire 570 m² remains without internal supports; in addition, the mono-pitch roof drains water to a single side of the hall.
