In 2019, we built a prefabricated steel hall with dimensions of 36 × 18 m and an area of 648 m² for the company AMM Otáhal s.r.o., which is engaged in the production of swimming pools.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Swimming pool production needs to safely move large and fragile parts. The AMM Otáhal hall is 36 x 18 m, 6 m high and 648 m² in area.
- Full length crane: A 36 m long runway for a 3 t crane serves the entire production area. The pool can be lifted as a whole, kept level and moved without dragging on the floor or deformation.
- Entrance for large products: The 4 x 4 m industrial sectional door provides both width and height for the pool on the transport frame.
- Uniform cladding: PIR panels are 100 mm on the walls and 120 mm on the roof. Panels, windows and sheet metal flashings are united by grey-white RAL 9002.
Here, the crane primarily deals with the size and sensitivity of the product, not just its weight.
