In 2023, we built a prefabricated steel hall with a total area of 2,000 m² and a height of 5 m, consisting of two bays, for Okna Macek a.s., a manufacturer of plastic windows and doors.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Two thousand square meters finished in 40 days. The first Okna Macek hall expanded production and storage with two 40 × 25 m bays, with total dimensions of 78.5 × 25 m and a height of 5 m.
- Free production: A span of 25 m without intermediate supports allows you to handle long profiles and store finished windows on racks.
- Four entrances: A sectional door of 4 x 4 m with a glazed aluminum section shortens the routes between the original and the new operation.
- Windows directly from the investor: The customer supplied his own products. We prepared the openings and the assembly schedule according to his specifications.
- Unified Sheath: PIR panels are 100 mm on the walls and 120 mm on the roof. Panels, doors and sheet metal flashings are RAL 9002.
The speed was made possible by simultaneous preparation: during the foundation, the parts were created in the workshop and arrived at the construction site ready for assembly.
