What exactly did we build?
About the project
Three thousand square meters in 50 days. Okna Macek's second hall expanded production and storage with three identical 40 x 25 m bays.
- Repetition speeds up production: Identical frames and element lengths simplified preparation and assembly. The 25 m span in each bay remains without intermediate supports.
- Five entrances: Sectional doors 4 x 4 m with glazed aluminum sections are in RAL 9002.
- Windows from the investor: The openings and schedule were adapted to the customer's own window fillings, so that installation did not have to wait for deliveries.
- Uniform Cloak: PIR panels: walls 100 mm, roof 120 mm; panels and sheet metal flashings RAL 9002.
- Three jobs in 2023: The first hall of 2,000 m² was created in 40 days, the shelter is 1,014 m² and the second hall is 3,000 m². A total of over 6,000 m² for one customer.
Knowledge of the area and repetitive construction enabled the second, half larger hall to be completed at an average rate of 60 m² per day.
