In 2021, we built a prefabricated steel hall with dimensions of 60 × 18 m and an area of 1,080 m² for the company KovoSolil s.r.o., which deals with CNC machining.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
CNC production with direct material flow. The 60 x 18 m hall with a 4 m height in the gutter provides 1,080 m² for precision machining.
- Through traffic: Two sectional doors 4 x 3.5 m stand in opposite gables. Material enters at one end, finished products leave at the other; paths do not cross.
- Loading under the roof: A steel awning 5 x 6 m above the exit protects 30 m² of handling area. The six-meter-long outlay transfers its own weight and snow back into the structure of the hall.
- Light and a more stable temperature: Glazed aluminum door sections bring in daylight. PIR panels of 100 mm on the walls and 120 mm on the roof dampen temperature fluctuations important for the accuracy of machines and workpieces.
- Color: The cladding is RAL 9006, the doors, window panels and sheet metal flashings are RAL 7016.
The six-meter awning had to be included in the design of the supporting structure from the beginning.
