In Uherčice near Hustopečí, we built a new area measuring 47 × 54 m for our own use — a three-bay production and storage hall with a two-story administrative building.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Production, warehouse and offices in the premises that we built for ourselves. The new campus in Uherčice from 2026 has a floor plan of 47 × 54 m and a built-up area of 2,538 m².
- Three bays for daily operation: The production and storage hall is equipped with a band saw with a roller track and shelves for material. Bridge cranes work in every bay.
- Offices directly at the production: A two-storey administrative building with dimensions of 11 x 22.35 m is partially inserted into the hall.
- Two-thirds on the slope: Sinking the building into the terrain required dealing with soil pressure, waterproofing and drainage around the structure.
- Flat roof and ventilation: The pitched roof has a slope of 2% and the attic is a maximum of 9.25 m high. The walls are made of PIR panels, the hall is ventilated by five wall-mounted axial fans and the administration by fans with SPIRO ducts.
- Unloading under the roof: The height of the hall allows the truck to enter and the material to be unloaded by crane from the top of the trailer. Long profiles and finished parts go straight to their place, regardless of the weather.
We implemented the site as a general contractor and use it ourselves. At the same time, it serves as a live showroom: customers can see the construction, cladding and operation in person.
