About the project

About the project

Metallurgical material under the roof, handling without obstacles. A 17 x 29 m shed with a height of 7 m is attached to the existing building.

  • Free span 17 m: Lattice trusses span the space without a column in the middle. Both the crane and the trolley can thus work with long profiles over the entire area.
  • Lighter supporting structure: The lattice solution concentrates the material in stressed parts. Compared to full-wall beams, it limits the weight and related requirements for foundations and assembly.
  • Material protection: A trapezoidal sheet metal roof protects supplies from rain and snow, reduces corrosion and allows working in inclement weather.

Seven meters high and no internal support — the space adapts to the handling of metallurgical material.
