About the project

About the project

Sales and warehouse are complemented by administration and a manager's apartment. The hall in Rosice has a size of 20 x 40 m, a built-up area of 800 m² and a gable roof with a ridge at a height of 8.210 m.

  • Building with an area of 280 m²: Two floors with a floor plan of 7 x 20 m contain offices, social facilities and housing. The steel frame and staircase complement the masonry infills for installations and noise reduction.
  • Fire and heat requirements: The walls consist of a 150 mm mineral panel, the roof a 100 mm PIR panel. The cover also takes into account the permanent residence of people in the apartment.
  • Blue and White: The panels are RAL 9010 inside and outside. Windows, doors, three sectional doors and sheet metal flashings are blue RAL 5010; the white interior helps diffuse the light.
  • Quick Top Build: It took three months to assemble the structure, the cladding, the installation and the filling of the openings.

The addition used the height of the hall and created a 280 m² background without additional land.
