What exactly did we build?
About the project
The warehouse uses the height instead of another lot. The hall of the Štěpánov Ironworks is 30 × 12 m and 360 m², with a height of 8.509 m in the eaves and approximately 9.6 m in the ridge.
- Shelves up to: Handling is ensured by high-lift technology; the object does not have a crane runway.
- Carrying arrangement: Transverse links have a module of 6 m, spanned by a middle row of columns. The construction is made of steel S235 and S355 in EXC2.
- Preparation and anchoring: Before painting, the steel is blasted to Sa 2½. Threaded rods M12–M30 are chemically anchored and cast.
- Combined panels: PIR and mineral wool divide the thermal insulation and fire protection tasks of the jacket. Colors are RAL 5010 and RAL 9002.
The height of almost 8.5 m already in the gutter creates space for multiple levels of storage on the same floor plan.
