For Packung s.r.o. in 2023, we built the third prefabricated steel hall in Horní Věstonice — with dimensions of 55 × 60 m and an area of 3,300 m².

What exactly did we build?
About the project
The largest of the three Packung halls combines storage, offices and sports facilities. The 55 x 60 m building is 9 m high and offers 3,300 m².
- Building in two floors: Offices, social facilities, fitness and squash use the height of the hall. The design also had to adapt to the greater ground clearance of the squash court.
- Two enclosed loading docks: The 3.1 x 3.1 m gate has bridges and sealing collars. The truck drives directly into the trailer, while the collar limits drafts, rain and heat leaks.
- Separate entrance for equipment: The third sectional door is 4.5 x 4.5 m. All doors are RAL 7016.
- Jacket according to fire requirements: Wall panels with mineral wool are 100 and 160 mm in RAL 9002. The roof is pitched, windows and sheet metal flashings in RAL 7016.
Three contracts in three years: 1,080 m² in 2021, 1,045 m² in 2022 and 3,300 m² in 2023 — a total of over 5,400 m².
