What exactly did we build?
About the project
Distribution warehouse with eleven entrances and administration in the shield. The JASO hall has an irregular floor plan of up to 26.80 × 72.88 m and a ridge 10.12 m high.
- Twisted shape: The ground floor is used for storage, the first floor in the folded gable is used for administration. The changing geometry of the frames and the casing creates a silhouette reminiscent of a bay's hull.
- Current delivery service: Eleven sectional doors shorten internal routes. The large number of holes required solving the bracing outside the longitudinal walls.
- Insulation and fire connections: PIR panels are 100 mm on the facade and 120 mm on the roof. They are complemented by mineral panels in the case of dividing fire walls. Exterior is RAL 9006, interior RAL 9002.
- Administration and details: Three plastic doors and eight triple-glazed plastic windows complete the doors. Fillings, construction paint and sheet metal flashings made of painted galvanized sheet metal are RAL 7016.
The roof with a slope of only 4° emphasized the overlaps, sealing of joints and connection of the shell in the folded gable.
