About the project

About the project

Production, storage and dispatch in one route. The 60 x 18 m hall with a height of 5.5 m offers 1,080 m² and an internal connection to the brick administration.

  • Main entrance: The 4.5 x 4.5 m sectional door has an integrated door. People pass through without opening a large opening and unnecessary heat loss.
  • Direct truck loading: The second door, 3.4 x 3.9 m, is complemented by a hydraulic loading dock from a specialized subcontractor. It balances the height of the floor and trailer, shortens handling and protects goods from rain.
  • Preparedness from the ground up: For the bridge, we ensured the correct height, opening and construction preparation already during the foundation.
  • Insulation and color: PIR panels RAL 9006 have 100 mm on the walls and 120 mm on the roof. Window fillings and sheet metal flashings are RAL 7016.

The truck is loaded directly from the hall — without an intermediate step on the outdoor handling area.
