In the premises of the former Jitona furniture company in Rousínov, a new indoor building serving as a tire repair shop was built in 2025.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Tire service with room for seasonal storage up high. The 12 × 24 m hall in the area of the former Jitona offers 288 m² and a height in the gutter of 6.405 m.
- Workshop and facilities: A built-in office with facilities for employees complements the space for service and racks with tires.
- Three shades of gray: PIR cladding is RAL 7040. Sectional doors with integrated doors, sheet metal flashings and opening trim are RAL 9007; plastic windows and doors RAL 7039.
- Accented edges, calm surface: sheet metal flashings draw the outline of the building, while omega profiles in the color of the facade recede on the surface.
- New construction in the existing area: The proposal respects the surrounding buildings, communications and available infrastructure. The upper construction took three months.
A height of over 6 m gives space for additional levels of shelves without increasing the floor plan of the tire service.
