For Vinařství U Kapličky s.r.o. in 2018, we built two prefabricated steel halls in Zaječí with dimensions of 42 × 22.5 m and a height of 4 m, with a total area of 1,890 m².

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Production background integrated into the area of the Moravian cellars. The two halls of Vinařství U Kapličky are each 42 x 22.5 m and 4 m high; they provide a total of 1,890 m².
- Operation by individual sections: Sales facilities, a bottle warehouse and an air-conditioned warehouse with 20,000 l tanks complement separate bottling and labeling. Thus, the clean filling part does not interfere with handling in the warehouse.
- Constant temperature: PIR panels with a thickness of 120 mm on the walls and roof limit temperature fluctuations and cooling costs.
- Colors of traditional architecture: The sand-yellow RAL 1002 walls are reminiscent of cellar plasters. The roof, windows and sheet metal flashings in copper brown RAL 8004 follow the color of the burnt covering.
- Low and calm silhouette: The four-meter height respects the surrounding buildings. Both halls have a single industrial door together, which limits the division of the facade and heat leakage.
Full-scale production and an air-conditioned warehouse had to be naturally integrated into the tourist-visited wine area.
