In 2016, we built a prefabricated steel hall with dimensions of 24 × 80 m, a height of 7 m and an area of 1,920 m² for Mauting s.r.o., a manufacturer of food processing machinery.

What exactly did we build?
About the project
Eighty meters of hall divided according to production phases. The Mauting facility is 24 x 80 m, 7 m high and has an area of 1,920 m² for production and storage.
- Separate working sections: Partitions separate noisy and dusty operations, assembly and storage. The final production of food machinery can thus have different cleanliness conditions than the cutting and welding of the material.
- Direct access from outside: Five sectional doors 4 x 3.5 m and one 4 x 3 m allow individual parts to be supplied without going through the entire hall. All have glazed aluminum sections in RAL 9002.
- Light to the center of the hall: Two saddle lights provide light from two sides, also important for inspecting stainless steel, welds and surfaces.
- Folding roof: The load-bearing trapezoid 150/280 with a wave height of 150 mm enables larger purlin spacing and a smaller number of elements. The roof and sheet metal flashings are RAL 8004; the walls are made of PIR panel 100 mm in RAL 9002.
Daylight enters directly above the workplaces, which are up to 12 m from the perimeter walls.
