About the project

About the project

From the greenhouse to the packing room and cold storage without a way out. The two-bays AGRO Maryša hall is 81 x 37 m, 7.80 m high and has a total usable area of 3,400 m² including the floor.

  • Separate parts of operation: The hall with cooling boxes is complemented by a two-storey administration 11 x 18 m with social facilities and a separate shop.
  • Three types of gates: Access is provided by sectional doors with escape doors, shipping doors with sealing collars and leveling bridges. The cooling boxes have sliding refrigerator doors for tight temperature separation.
  • Foundation on piles: The perimeter foundation strip is replaced in the south by an angular reinforced concrete retaining wall, also on piles, which captures the earth pressure.
  • Floor composition: The 160 mm reinforced concrete slab rests on the underlying concrete, waterproofing layer and gravel-sand underfill.
  • Heavily insulated shell: The roof with a slope of 2% has a load-bearing trapezoid on the purlins, SG COMBI ROOF 200 mm insulation and foil. Facade mineral panels 160 mm combine RAL 6021 and RAL 6013, as well as sheet metal flashings.

The general delivery from the piles upon completion unified the construction schedule, which had to respect continuous production and harvesting in the greenhouses.
