What exactly did we build?
About the project
A smaller warehouse by the standards of an industrial area. The Garrett Motion hall is 7.26 x 13.00 m, the shelter is 4.50 x 10.76 m and the attic is 5.75 m high.
- Connection to the main building: A semi-sheathed shelter creates a protected continuity. Its structure is galvanized, while the steel inside the closed warehouse is painted.
- Facade according to CTP: Vertically laid mineral panels require precise joints and drainage at the base of the wall. The shelter is partially sheathed with trapezoidal sheet metal.
- Flat roof: The supporting trapezoid carries thermal insulation and PVC film; the attic covers the roof plane.
- Fillings and ventilation: Fixed aluminum windows, Mikroprofil sectional door with illuminated section and rear steel ventilation blind. Windows, doors and sheet metal flashings are RAL 9002.
- Safe passage: The integrated door in the gate has panic fittings for opening from the inside without a key.
Even an object of less than 100 m² had to fit exactly into the CTP area in terms of materials, colors and design.
