What exactly did we build?
About the project
Wine storage and press room directly next to the existing operation. The extension adds approximately 382 m²: a warehouse of 292.80 m² and a press room of 89.10 m².
- Construction and connection: The headroom is 4,712–6.897 m. The new roof with a slope of 7° continues the original 11°; the detail must remain tight and properly drained.
- Steel frame: Ties consist of IPE 300 and IPE 160, columns IPE 240 and IPE 200. Ties are made of Z-profiles made of S450GD steel.
- Cladding according to the fire solution: The walls combine Kingspan KS1150 NF with PIR 100 mm and KS1150 FR with mineral wool 150 mm. The roof consists of KS1000 RW 120 mm; the coat is light gray.
- Durable floor and plinth: The polished concrete is complemented by a 300 mm reinforced concrete plinth against water and impacts. The floor has expansion sections of no more than 6 × 6 m; joints 120 mm deep were cut within 48 hours and filled with flexible inserts.
The general delivery combined all the work into one schedule — including precisely timed cutting of floor joints.
