What exactly did we build?
About the project
Wine production, mechanization and tasting at the edge of the vineyard. The 15 x 28 m hall with an area of 420 m² is located on the Čtvrtě line. The gable roof is 12.5° and the ridge is 5.215 m.
- Three operations and a pergola: The processing and storage of wine is complemented by a garage and a tasting room with social facilities. A 7.75 x 10.245 m pergola continues.
- Insulation outside and inside: Cooling PIR panels 160 mm on the facade and roof stabilize the temperature. Internal PIR partitions of 80 and 100 mm separate the cold storage from the garage and the visitor area.
- Foundation on a slope: The footings and waists are complemented by a perimeter reinforced concrete retaining wall of variable height. It solves soil pressure and continuity on sloping terrain.
- Color: Exterior, sheet metal flashings and gutters are RAL 9007, interior RAL 9002.
The investor changed the originally masonry project to a prefabricated steel structure — the production of the structure could take place simultaneously with the foundations.
