Today, almost everyone calls themselves a general contractor
A number of companies that present themselves in this way actually subcontract steel, cladding and earthworks. They are business firms with a project manager — which is not a bad thing, but it's a different service at a different price.
The difference is crucial: the subcontractor model has the same intermediate elements as the multicontractor construction, only hidden in one offer.

Own production in Uherčice
We do not buy steel construction. We produce it in our own production area — from dividing the material to surface treatment.
It means that we know every weld, we know what steel we used, and when there is a change in the project, we don't have to call the supplier and wait for their capacity.
Construction Division — foundations are not subcontracted
Most steel structure manufacturers stop at the structure and leave the foundation up to you. We have our own construction division, so we will build the hall from the excavation.
The foundations and construction are designed by one team. It cannot be that the feet do not fit the structure, because they were drawn by two different companies.
We assemble with our own people
The unknown crew we hired will not come to the construction site. They are installed by our people who made the hall or who know our procedures.
You don't wait on the waiting list of an external installation company and you don't get an appointment based on when someone else is free.

The term according to us
We plan the installation according to your building, not according to the capacities of a third-party company.
Follow-up to production
We manufacture the structure in parallel with the foundations. As soon as they are ready, we assemble.
We do not borrow equipment
Mobile cranes, platforms, cargo equipment and earthmoving machines are ours. We don't have to wait for the rental office and we don't add a rental surcharge.
What does this mean for you?
When we do not recommend general delivery
If you have your own construction company or a long-term earthworks partner, it makes no sense to pay us for what you can do yourself.
In that case, we will supply only the structure, only the assembly, or only the part you need. Tell us what you're insuring and we'll tailor the offer accordingly.

It sometimes looks that way on paper, because everything is included in one price — project, foundations, construction, cladding and assembly. The difference can only be recognized at the end: in the case of composite construction, additional work is added due to what the individual companies did not agree on, and delays between professions that no one planned. There is no subcontractor for our main profession.
The price includes the project, steel structure from our production, foundations and reinforced surfaces by our construction division, cladding and assembly by our own crews. You provide the land, network connection and building permit — but we can help with that and we know what the authority wants.
We. One contract, one term, one responsibility. You don't have to argue whether the concrete worker or the installer is to blame for the crack — that's our problem, not yours.
For a regular hall, count on the order of three to six months from signature to handover, depending on size and season. You will receive a specific schedule with the offer, and we will plan it so that it does not fall in the middle of the season — for wineries outside the vintage, for farmers outside the harvest.
Yes. We have implementations throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The distance affects the transport and accommodation of the platoon, which is calculated separately in the offer, so you can see how much of the price it accounts for.
You can, we also deliver steel structures separately. Only then do you take on the role of general contractor — and with it, coordination and responsibility for connections between companies.
